Overview

The HR Manager plays a critical role in leading and delivering People strategies during organizational transition and integration. This position partners with Leadership and People Teams to ensure alignment between business priorities and core HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, workforce planning, leadership development, and teammate engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong change management experience, sound judgment, and the ability to balance enterprise‑level strategy with hands‑on execution.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a cross‑functional People team spanning Talent Acquisition, People Experience, Benefits, and Leadership Development
  • Partner with senior leadership to align People initiatives with evolving business objectives, particularly during transition and integration periods
  • Assess, refine, and implement People policies, procedures, and systems to strengthen compliance, scalability, and operational effectiveness
  • Provide balanced guidance on employee relations matters including performance management, corrective action, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation
  • Manage reported concerns and facilitate fair, consistent, and well‑documented resolutions
  • Translate segment and business priorities into actionable workforce planning and talent initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning
  • Support compensation and benefits practices to ensure market alignment and internal equity, including participation in annual review cycles
  • Lead and support change management efforts related to acquisitions and organizational transitions
  • Serve as liaison between local leadership and Segment/Corporate People Teams to ensure alignment and communication
  • Facilitate change initiatives through communication strategies, leadership coaching, and engagement efforts
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments with the ability to bring structure and clarity
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and applicable state employment laws
  • Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders while remaining approachable and accessible to employees
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
