Join Our Team as a Recruiter for Manufacturing Talent!

Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced recruiter to source and recruit top manufacturing talent, specializing in roles like CNC machinists, welders, press brake operators, and more. If you’re passionate about helping skilled professionals find long-term employment, we want you to join our dynamic team!

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay: $28 - $38 per hour + quarterly bonuses, Depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with after-hours and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Recruiter Specialist
  • Recruit and screen candidates for manufacturing roles (CNC, welding, press brake, etc.)
  • Conduct interviews and ensure candidates meet client requirements
  • Manage staffing software and candidate databases
  • Use job boards and social media to attract talent
  • Build relationships with industry professionals and clients
  • Ensure compliance with hiring requirements
  • Monitor and support temporary employee performance
Qualifications of the Manufacturing Recruiter Specialist
  • 3 to 5 years of experience recruiting for manufacturing roles
  • Previous recruiting or staffing experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Flexible availability, including some after-hours and weekends
