Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts for a diverse portfolio of professional, leadership, and senior leadership roles.

• Leverage data and external market insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Support programs to improve hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor recruiting team members promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Significant experience leading full‑cycle recruitment for leadership and senior‑level positions.
• Proven success developing and leading recruiting and sourcing strategies across a variety of complex talent segments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop workforce and talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through market intelligence and recruiting data.
• Experience developing and leading recruiting programs and mentoring team members.
