- Develop creative sourcing strategies with Talent Acquisition, HR/business partners, and hiring leaders to source passive, diverse candidate slates
- Attend and participate in calibration meetings
- Source and qualify passive candidates for specific requisitions using current tools
- Track candidates in the CRM and ATS while completing administrative responsibilities
- Follow up consistently with the Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Manager on search status
- Help define, design, and implement recruiting programs and search engagements
- Understand and map the talent landscape, including internal calibration and referrals, and match those data points with external talent supply
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates through various tools and Boolean searches
- Experience using Workday is a plus
- Experience using a CRM is required
- Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with hiring leaders and cross-functional partners
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
