Job Overview
Fairview is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to drive candidate sourcing strategy and recruitment marketing across our talent acquisition team, with a focus on physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) sourcing. In this role, you ll research key clinical, physician and APP labor markets, build multi-channel sourcing plans for clinical and provider roles, and partner closely with recruiters to keep our pipeline strong for critical positions across one of Minnesota s largest health systems.

What you ll do- Partner with Recruitment Specialists to build and execute sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies, with an emphasis on physician and APP talent pools
- Research market trends, compensation/labor data, and specialty education/training requirements to inform sourcing plans
- Identify and manage sourcing channels — job advertising, web postings, database mining, targeted mailings, and provider-specific job boards
- Track and evaluate sourcing performance for searches, and adjust strategy based on what s working
- Build and maintain recruitment sourcing reports and timelines to help keep hiring on track
- Support the recruitment process — candidate and customer communication, hiring leader support, and partnering with HR Business Partners
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects as assigned
- Bachelor s degree required
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, business, marketing, or HR; experience with physician or APP sourcing/recruitment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives at once
- Working knowledge of e-recruiting tools and practices, including physician/provider-specific sourcing platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related systems
- Healthcare industry knowledge and familiarity with medical terminology strongly preferred
- A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and sound independent judgment

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
