The Human Resources Leader serves as a strategic partner to Bank leaders, aligningpeoplestrategies with business goals while helping attract, develop, andretainexceptional talent.

- Alignpeoplestrategies with business goals, promoting a values-driven employee experience.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and development.
- Coach leaders and build high-performing teams.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and succession planning.
- Advise onemployee relations and employment law compliance.
We'reseeking an experienced
Human Resources Leaderwho loves connecting with people,supporting and developing rewarding careers, and leading a small but impactful HR team.
Qualifications also include:
- Seven or more years of progressive HR experience withdemonstratedleadership responsibility.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of employment law andHRbest practices; ability to coach leaders and navigate employee situations.
- Strong communication, judgment, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;professional HR certification, experience in community bankingorfinancial servicespreferred.
- Experiencefacilitatingonboarding,employee and leadership training,EOS®initiatives preferred.

- Salary range $110,000to $150,000annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capabilities, plus annual incentive opportunity.
