Our recruiting firm is partnering with a global leader in water, hygiene, infection prevention, and sustainability solutions to identify a talented Recruiter. This organization serves customers across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, healthcare, hospitality, and life sciences, helping businesses operate more efficiently while advancing environmental and operational goals.
This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers, identifying top talent, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The Recruiter will play a key role in supporting current and future hiring needs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
- Source qualified candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on staffing processes, recruiting best practices, and employment policies.
- Present qualified candidates and make hiring recommendations based on business requirements.
- Communicate employment opportunities, benefits, and organizational information to prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company hiring practices.
- Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates through Linked In and other talent acquisition channels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of recruiting, selection, and hiring best practices.
- Understanding of employment laws, hiring policies, and recruitment compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Preferred Experience using Workday Recruiting.
- Experience with Phenom or similar talent acquisition platforms.
- Experience supporting recruitment within large corporate or enterprise environments.
- Exposure to strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development initiatives.
