Botanical Designs is seeking a motivated and dependable IT Support Specialist to join our internal IT team. This role is a cornerstone of our daily operations, ensuring our team has the technology and support they need to succeed. The successful candidate will be a proactive team member in a growing organization, balancing technical troubleshooting with exceptional customer service. This position offers hands‑on experience across Microsoft 365, identity management, and IT operations, with opportunities to collaborate, take ownership, and expand your technical depth over time.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access‑related issues
- Support Windows workstations, laptops, company‑managed mobile devices, and peripherals
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access provisioning, and device preparation
- Assist employees with password resets and multi‑factor authentication issues
- Escalate complex or high‑impact issues appropriately
- Support Microsoft 365 users, mailboxes, groups, and licenses
- Assist with Teams, Outlook, One Drive, and SharePoint support
- Assist with basic user and group administration for legacy on‑prem systems, following established processes
- Follow company access control and account management processes
- Maintain and update IT documentation, procedures, and asset records
- Identify opportunities to improve IT support processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Assist in documenting systems, workflows, and troubleshooting steps
- Support ongoing efforts to standardize and mature internal IT operations
- Cross‑training with other functional areas as needed
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned
- Other duties as assigned

- 1‑3 years of IT support or technical experience, or equivalent hands‑on experience
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Microsoft 365 user support and administration
- Basic identity and access management concepts
- Experience with or exposure to Active Directory preferred but not required
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred (Combination of education and experience may be considered for equivalency)
