Job Summary

The Program Support Specialist provides essential administrative support to the Companion Services team. This role is responsible for processing a variety of volunteer-related documents, including reviewing, validating, and entering accurate data into CRM. Additionally, the specialist assists with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to support program operations and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to support program operations and performance tracking.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School diploma (or equivalent GED) required. A two-year technical degree in Business, Accounting or related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in human/social service, healthcare and/or older adult service required.
  • Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds with care and compassion.
  • Training in computer skills, bookkeeping and accounts receivable, computer spreadsheets and word processing; excellent communication and customer skills; skills in organizational development, problem solving, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of resources available in program participant's community preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
