Sr. Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite

• Support the Product Owner and business lead on milestones, deliverables, KPI objectives, etc. (material creation and validation for bi-weekly Prod Owner mtgs)
• Oversee sprint ceremonies and agile processes in collaboration with Scrum Masters and developers
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Facilitate collaboration among Solution Architects, Data Engineers, ML Ops Engineers, and Application Developers.
• Responsible for managing 2-3 projects from PMO and Governance perspective.
• Identify and mitigate project risks/issues proactively.
• Establish escalation paths and manage dependencies across teams and vendors.
• Maintain awareness of technical design, model development, and deployment processes.
• Oversee project execution to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and available resources effectively.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with team members to drive progress.
• Maintain and manage project documentation accurately.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives throughout the project duration.

• 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Expertise in data migrations and data analytics
• Experience with Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management of similar tool
• Experience working in a cross functional environment.
