Position:
Senior Business Analyst

Location:
Hybrid in either Minneapolis, MN or Denver 3x per week

Duration: W2 12-month contract with high likelihood for rolling, long term extensions

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role

- Experience with in a software delivery, technology organization, and ability to jump into different tech projects

- Expert at gathering requirements, documenting, and creating user stories

- knowledge of sprint cycles, grooming cycles, and backlogs

- Experience in Jira

- Excellent communication experience and ability to communicate at all levels within a Scrum Team

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join of our top utility clients in the Nation. This position will be joining the Technology Services organization and will be responsible for gathering strong requirements and working with agile teams. The person who will be the most successful in this role will be adaptable to agile delivery teams and has a strong understanding of software delivery.

We also are looking for someone who is comfortable in Jira and can create user stories. This is an awesome opportunity to join a team that has multiple new projects at the forefront of the organization!
