Business Systems Analyst III

• Work closely with business units to gather and translate requirements for developers.
• Analyze user needs to automate or improve existing systems and workflows.
• Coordinate computer systems to enhance compatibility and facilitate information sharing.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support system implementation decisions.
• Consult with management to align system principles and expand functionalities.

• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and integration.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and system integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Experience with mobile applications or field service platforms.
• Familiarity with API tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Exposure to Dev Ops, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and ETL processes.
• Experience in a large enterprise or field-based service environment.
