IT strategy,planning,andarchitecturalguidance,enablingbusinessand
ITleadershiptomakeinvestmentdecisionsthatbalanceoperationaldemandswithlong-termstrategicvision.
Thisisa
staff augmentation
engagement,reportingdirectlytotheclient’sInformation Systems Manager –Enterprise Architect Supervisor .
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensurealignmentwith
CMS’sMedicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modularityvision
andthe
Medicaid Enterprise Certification Lifecycle (MECL). - Analyzeandtranslatebusiness,information,andtechnicalrequirementsintocomprehensivearchitecturalblueprints.
- Develop consensus-basedenterprisesolutionsthatare
scalable,adaptable,andalignedwithevolvingbusinessneeds
. - Createaroadmapfortheevolutionoftheenterpriseapplicationportfolio,supportingbothcurrentandfuture-state operations.
- Providestrategicvisionandoutcome-driven recommendations.
- Collaboratecloselywithstakeholdersandtransferknowledgetointernalteams.
- Ensurecompliancewith:
- Statewide Enterprise Architecture policies
Qualifications:
- 10+yearsofprogressive
IT experience,including5+yearsinenterprisearchitectureor
ITstrategyleadership. - Provenexperiencewith
federalMedicaidITstandards
(CMSMES,MECL). - Demonstratedabilitytodefineenterprise“as-is”and“to-be”states,andtobuildroadmapsfortransformation.
- Excellentabilitytotranslatebusinessrequirementsintotechnicalsolutions.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyinambiguousandcomplexenvironments.
- Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
- Priorexperienceinthe
public sector
or healthcare
ITsystems. - Familiarity with
Stateenterprisestandardsandsecuritypolicies
. - Strongfacilitationandconsensus-building skills.
