engagement,reportingdirectlytotheclient’sInformation Systems Manager –Enterprise Architect Supervisor .

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensurealignmentwith
  CMS’sMedicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modularityvision
  andthe
  Medicaid Enterprise Certification Lifecycle (MECL).
• Analyzeandtranslatebusiness,information,andtechnicalrequirementsintocomprehensivearchitecturalblueprints.
• Develop consensus-basedenterprisesolutionsthatare
  scalable,adaptable,andalignedwithevolvingbusinessneeds
  .
• Createaroadmapfortheevolutionoftheenterpriseapplicationportfolio,supportingbothcurrentandfuture-state operations.
• Providestrategicvisionandoutcome-driven recommendations.
• Collaboratecloselywithstakeholdersandtransferknowledgetointernalteams.
• Ensurecompliancewith:
• Statewide Enterprise Architecture policies

Qualifications:

• 10+yearsofprogressive
  
  IT experience,including5+yearsinenterprisearchitectureor
  
  ITstrategyleadership.
• Provenexperiencewith
  federalMedicaidITstandards
  (CMSMES,MECL).
• Demonstratedabilitytodefineenterprise“as-is”and“to-be”states,andtobuildroadmapsfortransformation.
• Excellentabilitytotranslatebusinessrequirementsintotechnicalsolutions.
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyinambiguousandcomplexenvironments.
• Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
• Priorexperienceinthe
  public sector
  or healthcare
  
  ITsystems.
• Familiarity with
  Stateenterprisestandardsandsecuritypolicies
  .
• Strongfacilitationandconsensus-building skills.
