Ledgent Technology is seeking a Support Specialist I to provide front-line IT support in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, manage helpdesk tickets, and assist users both remotely and in person.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with preferred qualifications including an associate’s degree in IT. Basic troubleshooting skills with Windows, Android, and iOS are essential. This is an onsite position offering a pay rate of $30–$33 per hour.
