Sr. Data Entry Clerk

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay Range: $21 - $22 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What’s the Job?

• Develop and refine content for complex product lines to enhance product visibility and accuracy.
• Research, analyze, and update product specification data for tens of thousands of items to ensure data integrity.
• Create search engine optimized (SEO) copy for products and taxonomies, reviewing team members’ work and providing improvement guidance.
• Generate reports on product enrichment status, missing content, and sales performance for various department levels.
• Collaborate with the product team to analyze sales data and report on category improvements to drive business growth.

What’s Needed?

• College-level degree and/or technical school training.
• At least 1‑3 years of proven experience working with databases.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access and other data applications handling large, complex data sets.
• Strong research, content creation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service and diplomacy.
