Global CRM Administrator

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, the Global CRM Administrator manages and enhances Heraeus Medevio’s CRM system ( and selected add‑on software). Responsibilities include monitoring and automating CRM functionality, providing user training, ensuring data integrity, and supporting CRM‑based reporting. The role also involves participation in sales‑driven enhancement projects and acting as a backup key‑user for other sales tools at Heraeus Medevio.

This is a hybrid position that can be based out of either the Fridley or White Bear Lakes, MN locations, and may require the ability to move between both sites as needed.

• Technical Management of
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, and installed packages.
  • Integrate applications connected to  such as Azure Single Sign‑On, Conga Composer, Conga Grid, and Outlook.
• Security and User Management
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, and organization‑wide defaults (sharing rules, role hierarchy).
  • Ensure corporate IT requirements for a GBU‑managed application are met.
• Training and Support
  • Create training materials and conduct training/coaching sessions.
  • Provide user support, data hygiene, and workflow optimization for key use cases (leads, accounts, contacts, pipeline, quoting, customer surveys).
• Project Leadership
  • Lead or participate in projects for enhancements related to sales process improvements, data architecture, analytical tools, system upgrades, and user experience initiatives.
  • Serve as backup key‑user for other sales tools such as Anaplan.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with Salesforce customization.
• Experience with general business systems and excellent Microsoft Excel skills for ad hoc analysis.
• Ability to distill complex data and information into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Highly detail‑oriented, process‑mindful, and focused on problem solving.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional international travel.

Medevio is committed to providing a competitive total compensation package. The hiring range for this position is based on a full‑time schedule and is typically between $93,000 and $110,000. The role is bonus eligible with a target bonus of 10%. Compensation also includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave, and paid time off.
