You will focus on post-sales client relationships related to user adoption of the Stack Adapt platform, campaign management, client retention and account expansion opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI.

Stack Adapt is a Remote First company, prioritizing candidates located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C for this role.

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals
• Design unique campaign strategies within the Stack Adapt platform
• Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their goals and offering strategic solutions and optimizations to meet KPIs
• Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the Stack Adapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
• Identify upsell opportunities and improve services through tool development, procedures and reports to increase efficiency
• Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing performance regularly
• Provide strategic thought leadership, acting as a strategic advisor to clients
• Participate in in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training sessions
• Travel up to 20% of the time

• 6+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
• Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads or executing through a DSP as a self-serve user
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
• Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
• Experience working with complex databases is a plus
