Who We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical sales role within cybersecurity or tech, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing technical sales teams and achieving sales success.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive customer success and revenue growth.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing product development based on customer feedback.
  • Location:

    Remote – Anywhere in the US (preference for the East Coast).
Responsibilities
  • Own and scale the Sales Engineering function for a fast-moving, high-potential security vendor.
  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure customer success and alignment with market needs.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical sales team, shaping the function from the ground up.
