Sr. Manager, ERP Analyst - Platform Integrations

Position:
Sr. Manager, ERP Analyst – SAP, PLM, and MES Integrations (Business and Program Management)

RTX is seeking an experienced SAP/S/4

HANA analyst to support the Plan to Sustain Program within the Process & Systems Transformation (PST) Team. The role focuses on integration, configuration, testing, and support of SAP, PLM, and MES systems across the organization.

• Gather and understand Business Unit requirements for SAP/S/4
  
  HANA integrations.
• Lead standardization and implementation of interfaces with PLM, MES, and other Supply Chain Platforms.
• Collaborate with business teams and consultants to design, configure, and develop integration solutions.
• Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies.
• Configure and manage SAP PLMSI and other integration technologies.
• Lead the testing of SAP PLMSI and other configured integration technologies.
• Assist data and process teams with data mapping activities and testing.
• Deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows within the plan’s scope.
• Mentor less experienced team members in the Plan to Sustain business process hierarchy.
• Ensure RTX is positioned for future success across all functional areas of Plan to Sustain.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

• University Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 7 years experience, or 14 years of experience in the absence of a degree.
• 10+ years configuring and supporting SAP, PLM, and MES integrations.
• Working knowledge of Production Master Data (Material Masters, Bill of Materials, Routings, Work Centers).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP systems including configuration, data management, IDOCs, and/or APIs.

• Experience on large, complex A&D enterprise projects or similarly regulated organizations.
• Experience with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development and implementation.

USD 132, per year.

Remote position based in any U.S. state (excluding U.S. territories). Expected travel up to 25%.
