Job Summary:

The Senior Market Intelligence & Sales Enablement Analyst is a high-impact, hands-on role that drives commercial performance by leading market/competitive intelligence and translating insights into scalable enablement activities that support the commercial team. This role shapes segment analyses, go-to-market strategies, and differentiated messaging; builds repeatable enablement (playbooks, pursuit guides, training); influences go-to-market choices through clear, data-informed recommendations; and manages a suite of software tools (including AI-based tools) that support all commercial activities.

The Senior Analyst also partners closely with Strategic Planning to connect strategic insights to actionable commercial activities and seeks opportunities for enablement interventions that improve win rate, pipeline quality, and forecast confidence.

The ideal candidate is an independent, self‑starter with strong self‑management skills and the ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision. They bring a passion for the Med Tech industry, collaborate effectively within a high‑performing team, and adapt quickly while balancing multiple tasks. Highly analytical and structured, they combine exceptional quantitative analysis capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and actionable implications for Forj.

They communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences and serve as a trusted partner who delivers critical, often behind‑the‑scenes work that drives team success. This individual may also have interest in progressing toward a future role in business development or strategic selling within the Med Tech CDMO sector. They will leave a lasting impact by building efficient processes and elevating best practices across the team.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic recommendations for segment focus, account prioritization, value proposition sharpening, and commercial plays.
  • Develop and maintain a quarterly Med Tech Landscape Playbook that synthesizes market trends, headwinds/tailwinds, and competitive signals, including key takeaways from priority customer/target quarterly earnings and leadership-requested analysis, to inform Forj’s commercial priorities and messaging.
  • Own and optimize the commercial enablement tech stack and content ecosystem (enablement library/knowledge base, competitive intelligence resources, outreach/prospecting tools, and data sources), ensuring strong governance, usability, and adoption.
  • Build and standardize AI-enabled workflows that improve BD productivity across the sales cycle (account research, call prep, meeting follow-ups, opportunity/storyline capture, proposal inputs), including templates, guardrails, and training.
  • Create “insight-to-action” triggers that proactively prompt outbound activity aligned to segment strategies (e.g., earnings updates, market shifts, competitive moves), translating signals into prioritized targets, recommended messaging, and next-best actions.
