Position: Applications Engineer (Service Now) - Remote (only open to listed locations)

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Location: The Job is fully remote.

Base Salary: $100,000 to $130,000+Best-in-class benefits

Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Service Now platform, including ITSM and ITOM modules
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT operations, working collaboratively across multiple IT teams
• Solid understanding of Service Now platform architecture and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Service Now HAM Pro
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM methodologies
• Experience with Service Now CMDB, Common Services Data Model (CSDM), Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams

Skills and Certifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Minimum 4 years of experience working with the Service Now platform, including ITSM and ITOM modules

* Minimum 4 years of experience in IT operations, working collaboratively across multiple IT teams

* Solid understanding of the Service Now platform architecture and best practices
