Unified Collaboration Engineer

Owning and evolving end‑user collaboration technologies across the organization, focusing on Microsoft Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, audio/video conferencing, and print solutions.

• Own the configuration, lifecycle management of audio/video conference rooms.
• Document troubleshooting workflows and provide escalation support.
• Build and automate deployment, configuration, and compliance workflows.
• Manage printers and solutions such as Papercut.
• Establish standards, baselines, and support documentation.
• Partner cross‑functionally with support, security, and business teams.
• Manage SharePoint document libraries and knowledge bases.
• Use feedback pipelines to develop long‑term solutions to recurring issues.
• Lead monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of A/V conferencing systems.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical teams; provide mentorship.
• Advocate for a great user experience, balancing security, reliability, and simplicity.
• Work with engineering to deliver scalable solutions that simplify, automate, and eliminate technical debt.
• Provide operational insights: compliance, security status, and configuration management.

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience developing and supporting unified communications environments (Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
• Automation skills using Power Shell, Graph API, and scripting for deployment, configuration, and remediation.
• Experience with audio/visual conferencing, conditional access, device compliance, and endpoint security platforms.
• Strong planning, documentation, and diagramming skills.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset focused on building stable, scalable, supportable solutions.
• Preferred: experience engineering and supporting collaboration platforms in a large, geographically distributed environment.

• Salary range: $66,849.68 – $90,104.36.
