Job Duties
- Replacing Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues at various sites across the Twin Cities Metro area
- Installing and configuring software, including reinstalling licensed applications on replacement devices
- Enrolling phones in JAMF MDM and assisting with syncing issues
- Helping customers back up data to the cloud and sync it back to replacement devices
- Supporting Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations using SCCM and Autopatch as needed
- Troubleshooting login issues, driver problems, and peripheral malfunctions with tools such as Dell Command Update, Windows Update, and manual driver installs
- Assisting customers in navigating the basics of new devices, whether Apple or Windows based, according to current OS
- Updating asset records in Service Now and retiring old equipment from systems
- Following documented processes and suggesting improvements where appropriate
- Supporting operational and capital project rollouts and refresh efforts across all locations
- Installing large format displays, headless computer systems, or automation systems in airline or passenger‑facing environments
- Partnering with IT, Airside, Landside, and Public Safety departments to deploy standard hardware configurations for operating or capital efforts
- Other duties as required by the Supervisor, Project Leader, or Client Services Analyst

- Recent graduates or former interns looking to grow in an enterprise IT environment are encouraged to apply

Pay
: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (temporary role)
