At Nozomi Networks, we are expanding our product portfolio and accelerating our worldwide presence—and we’re looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to join our high‑performing team in the North Central (Great Lakes/Mid West) region.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key technical expert and trusted advisor, partnering closely with the Regional Sales Director throughout the full sales cycle. You’ll help shape customer outcomes, solve complex challenges, and support strategic success across a rapidly evolving market.

In this role, you will:- Support customers and partners during pre‑sales, sales, and post‑sales activities.
- Work closely with our Sales team, qualify sales opportunities from a technical perspective, present solutions, gather customer requirements, and design the architecture to include in quotations.
- Act as a technical focal point in managing communications with customers and partners to deliver the right messages and receive feedback from the field.
- Follow up with customers and partners for resolution of issues or new feature requests, interacting internally with the Research and Development Team as needed.
- Enable and train partners to effectively position, sell, and support our solutions.
- Proven experience working in customer-facing roles as a Security Consultant, System Integrator, or System Engineer.
- Solid understanding and experience with complex networks, protocols, and networking technologies; CCNA certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in Cyber Security, ideally incident management or penetration testing.
- Proven experience delivering effective training programs for partners to drive product adoption and sales success.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong problem‑finding and solving skills.
- Dedicated to achieving goals with strong sales acumen.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
- Availability and willingness to travel.
- Experience in the field of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security projects.
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA
99 Cyber Security, IACRB Certified SCADA Security Architect, ISO
27001 Lead Auditor). - Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in computer systems or telecommunications.

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $159,000 - $188,000.
Additional Compensation and BenefitsThe company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
