• Conduct interviews, surveys, or job observations to understand how data is processed and identify areas for optimization.
• Lead efforts to expand or modify systems to meet evolving business needs and improve workflows.
• Offer expert advice to clients on information processing and computation requirements.
• Deliver constructive feedback and mentorship to team members to support their growth and development.
• Facilitate communication within teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum methodologies in project execution.
