Skills Required:

• Leverage technical understanding of PC hardware to make informed recommendations for global PC standards and accessories and help shape organizations hardware strategy.
• Collaborate with organizational partners WSM
  - Partner with WSM team on OS management and hardware changes/updates.
• DWE
  - Work closely with user experience to liaison between our teams for global PC standards, hardware asset management, and PC procurement.
• BSC
  - Assist groups within the organization to understand hardware needs and requirements.
• Vendor Relationship Management
• Manage our vendor relationships:
  Client and Insight
• Hardware Asset Management and Lifecycle Services
• Play a key role in onboarding and managing a vendor managed lifecycle service for global PC lifecycle operations
• Help develop and standardize hardware asset management service in the Service Now platform. Mac Book & iPad standards
• Additionally, manage Mac & iPad standards. Partner with user experience on the use of Macs in the environment, ensuring compliance with standards and security standards for Macs. Vendor/Site Inventory Management
• Oversee stock levels at vendor and various sites in US ensuring adequate stock availability for uninterrupted operations. US PC Spend Clear, concise tracking and reporting to inform decision-making for US PC purchases and collaborate with leadership in all activities to request funding and approval for yearly PC purchases. General Tasks:
  
  Catalog Management
• Work with user experience team and our vendor (Insight) to update the catalog with computer standards. US PC purchasing
• Create and manage POs Process invoices Process CER As Global PC spend tracking
• Partner with regional service delivery managers to track global spending on PC purchases.
• Lead US region
• Manage Client agreement (pricing availability, standard SKUs, global vendors, etc.)
• Manage lead times and roadmap for Client devices.
• Reporting Utilize power BI for PC-related metrics, and additional reporting for lifecycle and spend. Field Inquiries
• Respond to daily inquiries regarding PC standards.
