End To End UI​/UX Designer - Hybrid St. Paul

Job Overview

6 Month Contract UI/UX Designer – End to End with a primary focus on research. 70 % design, 30 % research. 40 hours a week. 3 days hybrid in St. Paul, MN (not open to 100% remote). Portfolio on resume required.

Tools: usertesting, figma, prototyping, user flows, wireframes.

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience in an enterprise company (5,000+ employees)
• 1+ year of research experience
• Experience working on a product team through the full SDLC
• Portfolio password on resume if required

• Act as the in‑house expert on human‑centered design thinking, deploying it across projects and redesign initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand‑off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve overall user experience.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
• Ensure designs are consistent with organizational branding and design standards.
• Stay updated with latest UX/UI trends and technologies.
• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Measure qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Craft and maintain a modern design system/UX framework.
• Align UI/UX designs across a portfolio of projects.

Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay range: $50.00 – $70.00/hr.
