Job Description:

The Enterprise Architect will help shape how technology supports the business today while building a roadmap for where it needs to go tomorrow. This position connects business strategy with technology decisions, ensuring systems, data, applications, and infrastructure work together to support long‑term growth and operational effectiveness.

You’ll play a key role in evaluating opportunities, guiding technology investments, and helping teams make decisions that balance immediate needs with long‑term sustainability.

You’ll work across the organization, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and project stakeholders to guide architecture decisions and technology direction.

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps, standards, and target‑state technology strategies
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into scalable technology solutions
• Provide architecture oversight for major initiatives, ensuring solutions align with integration, cloud, security, and enterprise standards
• Lead architecture reviews, evaluate emerging technologies, and help identify opportunities for modernization and process improvement

This position offers the opportunity to influence technology decisions across multiple business functions while helping create a more connected and sustainable technology ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced degree preferred in the same fields
• Experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a similar strategic technology role
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise technology landscapes
• Ability to connect business objectives with practical technology solutions
• Experience working with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar methodologies
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams

This position is:

• Focused on enterprise‑wide technology strategy and alignment
• A bridge between business priorities and technical execution
• Responsible for guiding standards, governance, and long‑term architecture decisions

This position is not:

• A hands‑on software development position
• Focused on a single application, department, or technology platform
• Limited to project‑level technology decisions

Pay Range: $88,848.52 - $
