The Automation Enablement Center (AEC) is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Automation Engineer who is passionate about building enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Unattended solutions that eliminate manual work, increase efficiency, and drive measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate Unattended automations that streamline critical business processes and operate with minimal human intervention.
Build enterprise-grade automation solutions that are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with governance standards.
Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and translate them into innovative solutions.
Support and optimize existing automation assets to improve performance, reliability, and business outcomes.
Leverage Power Automate Desktop, Power Platform, Azure services, and Microsoft technologies to create integrated automation solutions.
Drive automation best practices through code reviews, testing, documentation, and solution governance.
Participate in deployment, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Expand your automation expertise through cross-training and support of additional automation platforms.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, process automation, or related technical disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Automate Unattended (RPA) solutions.
Experience automating complex business processes in enterprise environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
