U.S. Bank is seeking a Platform Analyst to join our Working Capital Finance System Support team
. In this role, you’ll support critical Global Trade platforms, partner with operations and technology teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to projects that drive operational efficiency and platform modernization.

• Support a suite of enterprise platforms that power Global Trade and Supply Chain Finance operations.
• Gain exposure to business‑critical applications including Trade
  360, Trade Point, document automation technologies, reporting solutions, and emerging supply chain platforms.
• Partner with operations teams across the U.S. and India while working on technology enhancements, production support, and process optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to modernization efforts involving automation, reporting enhancements, AI, and future platform migrations.
• Join a small, highly collaborative team where every team member has a visible impact.

• Support and troubleshoot multiple trade and supply chain finance platforms, including Trade
  360, Trade Point, KTA/TTA, and related applications.
• Manage support requests, investigate issues, and provide solutions through Service Central and business support channels.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to enhance platform performance and user experience.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support users across multiple regions, including the U.S. and India.

• Hybrid 3+ days in office at West Side Flats.
• Monday – Friday 8am–5pm CST with rotating end‑of‑day production support responsibilities extending to approximately 6:30 PM CT during assigned weeks.

Must be U.S. Citizen not on any type of Visa.

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience supporting Global Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Banking Operations, or related financial services platforms.
• Knowledge of the following platforms:
  • TPS / CGI Trade
    360
  • Trade Point
  • Tungsten / Kofax Total Agility (KTA/TTA)
  • IPF Hub
• Experience with:
  • Power BI
  • Power Apps
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • AI or automation technologies
  • Cloud‑based solutions
• Experience supporting production environments, ticket management, incident resolution, or platform operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex operational environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business partners.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
