The person in this role will work from the Medtronic facility located in Mounds View, Minnesota.

As a Senior IT Product Management Analyst of Intelligent Process Automation & Mining, you will co-create and drive the vision for the capability. You will deliver key input to the product roadmap and backlog, ensure requirements and acceptance criteria (business, functional, non-functional) are incorporated, and lead release communication and stakeholder management. This is a critical role in ensuring we deliver on the promise of Data & AI to digitally transform our business through Hyperautomation.

Your peers are the technical platform architects and the Product Owners of the other capabilities. As a seasoned individual contributor, you will be the driver and subject-matter expert for Intelligent Process Automation and Process Mining, working independently under limited supervision of the principal product owner to shape the roadmap and deliverables, while coaching and reviewing the work of more junior specialists and partners.

The Data and AI team has responsibility over enterprise data products and assets across the company, as well as AI and all critical underpinning capabilities such as integrations, data & analytics platforms, governance, quality, recency, data interfaces, integration with external systems, and advanced analytics capabilities. The Hyperautomation team is a critical part of the Data & AI group. The Hyperautomation team promotes the concept of using advanced technologies to automate as many business and functional processes as possible, anything from simple task automation to complex decision making.
