Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) is seeking an IT Advanced Project Manager for the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) to lead the Grants Management System implementation.
The role requires vendor management, Scrum master skills, and knowledge of PMBOK; you will guide large IT solutions, support business analysis and QA, and coordinate agile teams in Azure Dev Ops. Onsite in St. Paul with limited telework is available; experience with grants systems is a plus.
