You will streamline ERP workflows, compile subsystem data, and test system updates while coordinating with Treasury, Accounting, Procurement, and IT.
You’ll manage the team’s help desk ticketing system, assist with General Ledger setups, and ensure changes are tested before rollout. A practical problem-solver is desired for citywide impact.
