- Develop AI bots and conversational interfaces using platforms such as Moveworks to enhance user interactions and automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and integrate AI solutions into existing applications.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and machine learning models to improve the intelligence and accuracy of AI bots.
- Design and develop frontend components using React.js to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for interacting with AI-powered bots.
- Build backend services and APIs using Node.js to support the functionality and integration of AI bots with other systems and databases.
- Test and debug AI bot functionality, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance under various usage scenarios
