AEM Engineer
Location:
St. Paul, MN Hybrid 3 days in office/week
Duration: 12+ month contract to hire
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Senior Consultant to join our team. Working with Enterprise Marketing and Enterprise Technology, the ideal candidate will have a strong development background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as well as experience migrating AEM Sites and Assets to AEMaaCS. This role requires an individual who is prepared to provide thought leadership as well as perform engineering tasks as necessary.
High-LevelIndividual Duties:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on AEM needs
- AEM Sites and Assets development
- AEM expertise - they are on the most recent version, 6.5
- Specific focus on Sites and Assets in previous roles, more of a "backend" position
- AWS Experience
- AEM Certifications or AWS certifications
- Lead complex engineering projects and solve intricate problems – Specifically through difficult change.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain new systems.
- Drive the implementation of new processes and technologies across functions.
- Engage with the tech industry to recommend and lead the implementation of best practices.
- Contribute to setting the enterprise approach and strategy.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Manage customer interactions and ensure high-quality technology solutions.
- Expertise with AEM Sites and Assets, including developing high performing front-end experiences and back-end solutions and integrations.
- Experience / Exposure to AWS with Cloud Formation, Apache, Solr, and Splunk.
- Front-end development experience implementing WCAG-compliant components.
- Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects.
- Excellent attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
- Knowledge of WCM technology and CMS strategy.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience suite integrations including Analytics, Target, and Workfront, and experience integrating with other systems.
- Proven track record of leading the implementation of new tools and technologies.
- Relevant certifications AEM or AWS certifications are a plus.
