Job SummaryThe Salesforce Administrator exists to analyze, design, develop, document, support, maintain and enhance a variety of applications ranging from simple to complex large-scale business applications that leverage the Salesforce application, platform and related add‑on or third‑party applications. The incumbent will work closely with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, other Salesforce administrators, and all product team members to deliver Salesforce applications that address documented business requirements and operate within design specifications.
The incumbent will be responsible for understanding business problems and designing solutions on an enterprise product platform (via declarative tools). This Salesforce Administrator looks at business requirements and interprets how to best apply the out of the box product to provide a solution, including finding alternative approaches that best leverage the platform. Salesforce Administrators most often use Agile techniques and may be part of a larger, cross‑functional team.
Salesforce Specialists should have a passion for learning new platform capabilities and clouds to stay on top of the ever‑growing product ecosystem.
This position requires an employee to work onsite at 180
E. 5th Street, Suite 110, ST. Paul, Minnesota at least 50% [or more or less if space limitations remain] of the time, with limited telework available. Telework eligibility depends on residence:
- Candidates living in Minnesota or within 50 miles of the worksite in a bordering state (Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin) may telework up to 50%.
- Minnesota residents living more than 50 miles from the worksite may be eligible to telework more than 50%.
- Candidates living 50 miles or more from the worksite in a bordering state may work onsite 100% or may be telework eligible if relocating within 50 miles.
