Service Dispatch

Securitas Technology seeks a Service Dispatch professional to coordinate field technicians delivering electronic security and life safety solutions to commercial and enterprise clients. In this role, you will receive and prioritize service requests, schedule and dispatch technicians, and monitor work orders through completion. You will provide clear, timely communication to customers and internal teams, support SLA performance, and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize service requests from customers and monitoring centers.
• Dispatch field technicians based on skills, location, and urgency.
• Schedule, update, and track work orders to completion.
• Communicate service status and ETAs to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with monitoring, technical, and account teams for escalations.
• Maintain accurate records in dispatch and ticketing systems.
• Monitor SLA performance and follow up on outstanding calls.
• Support after-hours or on-call dispatch rotations as needed.
