Network Lead

- Ensure 24x7 availability of enterprise network services.
- Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and data center network operations
. - Manage incidents, problems, and change management processes.
- Act as the executive escalation point for P1/P2 incidents issue
- Define and execute the global network roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead network transformation initiatives include cloud, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust networking
. - Establish network standards, policies, and best practices across all regions.
- Drive continuous improvement and modernization of network infrastructure.
- Good understanding on SDWAN routing switching, ACI fabric, Wi-Fi firewall, Zscaler MFA and cloud network (AWS and Azure)
- Lead and mentor global network engineering and operations teams.
- Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
- Drive knowledge management and technical skill development.
- Lead network integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams.
- Ensure proactive problem management and root cause analysis.
- Deliver regular executive reports and service reviews.
- The Global Network Lead is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, operation, security, and governance of the organization's global network infrastructure.
- This role provides technical leadership for enterprise networking, ensures high availability and performance across data centers, cloud environments, and offices across all regions, and leads a team of network engineers and service providers coordinations.
