Information Technology Specialist

Sittercity is seeking an Information Technology Specialist in St. Paul, MN to support and enhance our online caregiver marketplace. In this role, you'll manage core systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure reliable, secure platform performance for families and caregivers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software tools, monitor system health, and support integrations and data accuracy. Responsibilities

• Manage and support core IT systems and applications for Sittercity's platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting internal users and the marketplace
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security across environments
• Support software tool implementation, integrations, and upgrades
• Maintain accurate data flows between systems and platforms
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams on technology needs
• Document IT processes, configurations, and support procedures
• Assist with user access management and basic security best practices
