- Duration: 13 Months + Extension
- Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)
- Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, OPT-EAD, CPT, H-1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC-EAD
- Client: To Be Discussed Later
- Employment Type: W-2, 1099, C2C
- Lead testing activities as a Senior/Lead/Principal level tester on the team.
- Perform regression testing and end-to-end testing in Workday.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure testing completeness and accuracy.
- Develop and execute user test scripts; coordinate across multiple work streams.
- Manage parallel testing environments and validate results.
- Support a Workday implementation in its advanced testing phase with minimal customizations and standardized APIs.
- Modules: HCM, Financials, Budgeting, UNA
- Architecture: Minimal customizations; standardized APIs
- Testing Tools: Tools provided by Cognizant
- Integration: Straightforward configuration with limited complexity
- Current Phase: Preparing for End-to-End Testing, followed by Parallel Testing
- Requirements: Prior experience with Workday testing cycles, including:
- Developing and executing user test scripts
- Coordinating across multiple work streams
- Managing parallel testing environments and validating results
- Implementation is largely standardized; requires disciplined execution of testing protocols.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM and Financials is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure testing completeness and accuracy.
