Project Analyst, Desktop Services

Health Partners is hiring a Project Analyst, Desktop Services. This role coordinates, supports, and implements enterprise client technology solutions across Health Partners by partnering with IT teams, network services, Facilities, Materials Management, vendors, and business stakeholders. The position leads the planning, deployment, and lifecycle management of desktop and endpoint technologies, including enterprise fleet management, technology refresh initiatives, workstation deployments, and office technology implementations.

Serving as a key technology partner for Facilities-driven projects, this individual coordinates and executes technology implementations supporting office moves, facility remodels, expansions, workstation deployments, and other site-based initiatives. The role is expected to actively participate in on-site deployment activities while leading project planning, communication, and implementation efforts.

The role develops and maintains project documentation, work plans, and implementation schedules in accordance with Health Partners project methodologies, while ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals and business needs.

This position plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth and technology modernization efforts by coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, tracking project outcomes, and minimizing disruption to business operations. Regular travel to and work at multiple Health Partners locations is required to support facility projects, desktop deployments, technology implementations, workforce moves, and other operational initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Desktop Services, this role joins a highly collaborative team of 15 engineers and analysts dedicated to supporting and advancing enterprise desktop technologies across Health Partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five (5) years of project coordination or project management experience supporting physical infrastructure or technology-related projects (e.g., IT equipment installations, facility upgrades, HVAC, construction, or similar environments). Experience collaborating with Facilities teams, vendors, and contractors to coordinate the removal, relocation, and installation of equipment is preferred.
  • Nine (9) years of Information Technology experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes, develop solutions, and resolve complex issues
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Strong understanding of desktop hardware, software applications, and IT infrastructure within LAN/WAN environments
  • Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships across technical and business teams
  • Ability to travel to and work at various Health Partners locations based on business and project needs

Hours/Location:

  • M-F; core business hours
  • This role is primarily remote but requires regular travel to Health Partners locations to lead projects and work directly with teams across multiple sites. On average, employees in this role can expect to travel approximately 500 miles per month.

Compensation Range:

This position is available at an intermediate, senior, or principal level, depending on qualifications.

  • Intermediate Project Analyst: $27.86 - $41.80 hourly
  • Senior Project Analyst: $34.28 - $51.42 hourly
  • Principal Project Analyst: $43.42 - $65.14 hourly
  • Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation based on role (e.g., shift differential, bonus, sales incentive, productivity pay, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management, implementation, and on-site execution support for facility projects, office moves, workstation deployments, technology implementations, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess and translate technology needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate enterprise deployment of desktop, endpoint, network connectivity, and office technology solutions across IT teams, application owners, vendors, and business partners.
  • Develop and maintain project charters, work plans, schedules, status reports, and other project documentation using established PMO methodologies and tools.
  • Plan, track, and communicate project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and status updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
