Product Analyst

Our client is seeking a product analyst to own the measurement and storytelling layer connecting digital self-service experiences to operational outcomes including call center volume, containment, and patient experience. The analyst will operate at the intersection of product, operations, and executive reporting by integrating data from multiple sources, diagnosing trends and drivers, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

• Define and maintain product analytics frameworks that map digital self-service behaviors to operational outcomes.
• Ingest and harmonize data from multiple systems and owners to create a single source of truth for performance.
• Investigate trends to determine the why behind changes in call volume, containment, and patient experience.
• Develop clear, concise dashboards and reports for product, operations, and executive audiences.
• Translate findings into prioritized recommendations with expected impact and success metrics.
• Partner with product managers and operational leaders to validate hypotheses and measure results.
• Establish governance for metrics, event taxonomies, and data quality.
• Communicate insights through compelling narratives tailored to stakeholder needs.

• Proven background in product analytics with experience connecting digital journeys to operational metrics.
• Hands-on proficiency with data querying and visualization tools.
• Ability to synthesize data from disparate sources and resolve data quality issues.
• Experience building executive-ready reporting and actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.
• Healthcare or contact center analytics experience preferred.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
