IT Project Manager, Cybersecurity
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise initiatives within a growing organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on project leadership role focused on driving complex, multi-year technology and cybersecurity programs from planning through execution.
Reporting into the PMO and working closely with a Sr Program Manager, you will take ownership of critical projects, allowing leadership to focus on strategic planning and road mapping. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently, managing executive-level stakeholders, and diving deep into project details to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of large-scale enterprise projects with timelines spanning 2-3 years.
- Manage key cybersecurity initiatives, including:
- Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementation utilizing Sail Point
- Ongoing deployment and expansion of Crowd Strike
- Own the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, risk management, execution, and reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive presentations for VP and SVP-level audiences.
- Perform business analysis activities, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and translating business needs into actionable project plans.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while proactively driving resolution.
- Take high-level strategic direction and independently execute against project objectives with minimal oversight.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading technical or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Cybersecurity project experience is required for this role.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Ability to operate independently and drive projects forward with limited direction.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cybersecurity, information security, or enterprise security projects.
- Prior involvement with IAM solutions such as SailPoint.
- Familiarity with endpoint security platforms such as Crowd Strike.
- Experience with in the financial services, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Exposure to project management tools such as Service Now, Workfront, or similar platforms.
- PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or related project management certifications are a plus.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
