Technical Support Specialist: Istheprimaryaccountcontactcoveringcapitalservice andtechnicalsupport. Thepositionprovideson-goingproactivecapitalproductsupportforassignedterritory/accounts. Thecustomerexperienceaspectofthisrolefocusesonincreasingcustomerloyaltyandsecuringretentionatassignedaccounts.
Provides advanced,expert-leveltechnicalandapplicationsupportforcomplexmedicaldevicesystems.
Thisroleservesasatop-tierescalationpointforinternalandexternalteams,deliveringdeeptroubleshooting,diagnostics, andsolutionguidanceacrosshardware,software, andintegratedsystems. Thepositionrequiresextensiveremotetroubleshootingcapabilities,strongclinicalandtechnicaljudgment, andclosecoordinationwithfieldoperationsusing

What You'll Work On:- Provides technical Level I and Level IIphoneand on-sitesupporttoproactivelymaintainproductperformanceorresolvecustomercomplaintsforhardware,software, anddisposableissues.
- Performsproactiveservice supportactivitiestomaintainsystemperformance. Appliesstandardtroubleshootingtoolsorconceptstoidentifytherealissueanditsrootcause.
- Determineslevelofurgencyofservice support requests,developsrecommendationsandimplementsolutionsthatreflectcustomerand Abbottbusinessneed.
- Performadvancedremotediagnosticsandtroubleshootingacrossmechanical,electrical,software, andsystemintegrationdomainssuch as customer DICOM/Networking systems configuration.
- Recordaccurateandtimelydocumentationofcustomercomplaintsandtheactiontakentoresolvetheconcern.
- Createandmanagecasesandworkorderswithaccuracyandefficiencyinapplicablesoftwareapplications.
- Contributetoknowledgebasedevelopment,technical documentation,training materials, andtroubleshootingguides.
- Plan andprioritizeschedulecustomervisitsandactivitiestodoineachaccount.
- Coordinate order;deliveryandbillingofproductsand/orservicesinassignedaccounts. Monitorinventoryandreplenishaccordingly
- Supportthesalesteamwithmonitoringandimplementationof Service Contract Salesatassignedaccounts .
- Partner with Sales Executivestodevelopaccount -specificstrategyandexecutionthroughoutcommercialcycleandparticipateincustomerbusinessreviews.
