No experience required. Just reliability, work ethic, and a desire to grow.

Soccer games, school plays, family dinners – you’ll be there. We build schedules around the reality that our team members are parents, partners, and people with lives outside of work. This isn’t a perk. It’s part of our culture.

Most companies hire runners and leave them there. At MSP, this role is a starting point – not a destination. We have a formal development program designed to move you into the trades when you’re ready. We’ll build toward it together.

There’s no trade experience required for this role. What we’re looking for can’t be scored on a form – it’s who you are day to day.

• Reliable – you show up on time, every day, and follow through on what you say.
• Strong work ethic – you go beyond what’s asked and take pride in doing things right.
• Eager to grow – you ask questions, seek feedback, and want to build a real career.
• Able to push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

When a technician has the right parts at the right time, they can take care of our customers. You are a direct part of making that happen.

• Deliver parts and materials to job sites and field technicians.
• Warehouse work – organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
• Part pick‑ups from suppliers and vendors.
• Van build‑outs – prepping and stocking service vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles inside and out.
• Assist with vehicle safety inspections and basic maintenance.
• Support grounds‑keeping at office and warehouse locations.
• Communicate clearly with Dispatch.
