STC Advocate

As an STC Advocate, you'll be the face of a leading online automotive retailer! Since the buying and selling process is entirely online, you'll often be the first in-person interaction customers have with the company. Your role is key in delivering a seamless, professional, and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 6-8 customer appointments daily
• Drive a company vehicle to customer homes to complete vehicle purchase transactions
• Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and finalize paperwork using an iPad
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
• Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system
• Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record
• Support your team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid, active driver's license
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a clear path for career growth. After approximately 3 months, you'll be eligible for conversion to a direct employee based on performance and business needs.

Upon conversion, you'll transition into the Truck Hauler role with increased earning potential. These are not semi-trucks or CDL-required vehicles. You'll operate smaller transport trucks designed to haul 1-2 vehicles, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career within the organization.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN 55121.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
