Patterson is seeking a Senior Category Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing for key dental and animal health product categories. In this role, you will develop category strategies, run RFPs, negotiate contracts, and drive cost, quality, and service improvements across our supplier base. You will analyze spend and market data, manage supplier performance and risk, and partner with operations, finance, and sales to align sourcing with business goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category sourcing strategies for dental and animal health products
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
- Analyze spend and market trends to identify cost-saving and value opportunities
- Manage key supplier relationships, performance, and risk
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales to align sourcing with business goals
- Continuously improve sourcing processes, tools, and governance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
