Sourcing & Procurement Supervisor

Schedule: Flexible core hours (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) with up to 10% travel.

Join a stable, family-owned manufacturing organization as a Sourcing & Procurement Supervisor
, where you'll lead a team of three buyers while driving strategic sourcing initiatives and supporting daily purchasing operations. This hands‑on leadership role manages approximately $15M in annual spend
, supplier relationships, cost‑saving initiatives, and material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.

• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
• 2+ years of leadership or team development experience
• Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience driving cost savings and process improvements
• ERP system proficiency and strong analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Manufacturing or production environment
• Direct materials sourcing (films, adhesives, labels, paper products, etc.)
• Global sourcing and supplier management
• Epicor ERP experience

• Direct impact on business performance and operational success
• Hybrid flexibility with approximately 1 remote day per week

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
