Sourcing Specialist
Insight Global is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join H.B. Fuller's growing Global Indirect Sourcing organization. This individual will support North American capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects while helping establish and drive adoption of newly implemented global sourcing processes. Due to significant company growth and increased capital investment, H.B. Fuller recently created dedicated indirect sourcing teams focused on Goods & Services, Logistics, and CAPEX.
This role will play a key part in building sourcing discipline and process consistency across manufacturing and engineering teams while supporting project execution for industrial equipment and facility investments. The ideal candidate will have a technical or engineering background combined with sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. This person must be comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and technical stakeholders while driving process compliance and managing multiple CAPEX initiatives simultaneously.
