Base pay range
$21.00/hr - $22.00/hr
We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Property Caretaker/Building Maintenance for our locations in the Twin Cities area.
Responsibilities- Minor maintenance and cleaning of facilities.
- Preparing apartments for new tenants.
- Completing work orders.
- Maintaining the grounds.
- At least one year of experience in basic building and maintenance repairs.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Available Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Can work without direct supervision.
